Dans le cadre du développement de la Business Team Performance RH, nous recherchons plusieurs Gestionnaires de Compte pour intégrer notre équipe dédiée à l'externalisation des fonctions administratives de l'absence :
✓Gestion de la maladie (gestion des arrêts de travail, net-entreprises, attestation de salaire, DSN événementielle…)✓Echange avec l'ensemble des CPAM de France✓Relations privilégiées avec plusieurs CPAM✓Suivi des remboursements des Indemnités Journalières de la sécurité sociale (IJSS)✓Suivi des remboursements des Indemnités Journalières Prévoyance✓Etablir, transmettre et suivre les attestations de salaires ; ✓Relance téléphonique auprès de la sécurité sociale (compréhension des écarts)✓Echange avec les organismes de prévoyance✓Négociation avec vos interlocuteurs✓Pilotage d'un environnement propre dans l'outil de suivi de suivi✓Enregistrement des données obtenues dans l'outil de suivi✓Tenir un outil de suivi à jour quotidiennement sur les éléments déclarés, remboursés, analysés ; Vous accompagnerez au quotidien nos clients et les chefs de projets ALTHEA dans la réalisation de votre mission.1-PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
• Formation BAC +2 (gestion, RH ou paie)
• Un bon sens du relationnel
