• s, recherche pour son client industriel, un(e) Coordinateur(trice) HSE H/F.
Poste basé à Neuville-sur-Saône (69).
Vos missions Rattaché(e) au Manager HSE, vous serez chargé(e) de garantir la conformité et la mise en œuvre des politiques HSE sur un site industriel classé SEVESO.
Vos principales missions incluent :- Piloter les analyses de risques et élaborer les plans de prévention, protocoles, et permis de travaux.
• Superviser la gestion des risques liés aux activités des sous-traitants (audits, inspections, mesures de prévention).
• Préparer et suivre les audits HSE internes et externes.
• Promouvoir une culture de la sécurité via des causeries, formations, et retours d'expérience.
• Suivre les objectifs HSE, analyser les résultats, et élaborer des plans d'action.
• Contribuer activement aux investigations en cas d'incidents ou d'accidents.
Profil : Profil recherché- Formation : Bac+2/3 (DUT Hygiène Sécurité Environnement ou équivalent).
• Expérience : 3 à 5 ans en environnement industriel, idéalement sur des sites SEVESO ou certifiés MASE.
• Compétences techniques :- Connaissance des normes ISO 14001 et 45001.
• Maitrise des risques industriels (ATEX, espaces confinés, risques chimiques, travail en hauteur).
• Maitrise des outils informatiques (Microsoft Office).
• Aptitudes personnelles : Excellentes compétences relationnelles, rigueur, esprit d'équipe, et capacité à gérer les priorités.
• Langues : Anglais professionnel requis (écrit et oral).
• Permis B obligatoire.
