Ne cherchez plus, nous avons un poste pour vous ! Au sein de la Direction des Services et rattaché au pôle Global Core Business Services, nous recherchons un Responsable Projets outils et applications numériques pour un CDI.
Vous serez en charge de la gestion de projets numériques, depuis la phase de conception jusqu'à la mise en œuvre et l'accompagnement au changement. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la transformation numérique de l'entreprise en optimisant les processus métiers Service Client par le biais d'outils numériques performants.
Vos missions incluent notamment :
• Gestion de projets : Piloter et coordonner des projets de développement, d'intégration et de déploiement d'outils et d'applications numériques.
• Analyse des besoins : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différentes parties prenantes pour identifier et formaliser les besoins métiers.
• Rédaction des cahiers des charges : Établir des cahiers des charges détaillés, en prenant en compte les exigences fonctionnelles et techniques.
• Suivi des développements : Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour garantir la bonne réalisation des projets dans le respect des délais, du budget et de la qualité.
• Tests et validation : Organiser et superviser les phases de tests (recette fonctionnelle, tests utilisateurs) et assurer la validation des livrables.
• Accompagnement au changement : S'assurer que les formations nécessaires pour les utilisateurs finaux et que le support post-déploiement soient créés.
• Veille technologique : Assurer une veille constante sur les nouvelles technologies et les tendances du marché pour proposer des solutions innovantes.
• Gestion du budget/ressources : Suivre les budgets et ressources alloués aux différents projets.
Ce que nous recherchons :
Bac+2 à +5 en informatique, management des systèmes d'information, ou équivalent
Expérience de 5 ans minimum dans la gestion de projets numériques, idéalement dans un environnement similaire. Une expérience en gestion d'équipes transverses est un plus.
Compétences techniques :
Maîtrise des principales technologies numériques (développement web, bases de données, cloud computing, etc.)
Compétence en conduite de changement et formation des utilisateurs.
Compétences relationnelles :
Excellente capacité de communication et de coordination entre les différentes équipes (métier, technique, direction)
Esprit analytique, rigueur et sens de l'organisation
Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
La maîtrise de l'anglais technique oral et écrit est obligatoire (des déplacements ponctuels auprès de nos filiales sont à prévoir).
Une formation technique initiale aux produits et matériels sera assurée par la société.
Ce poste est basé à Asnières sur Seine (RER C Les Grésillons).
