Buscamos una persona con background en Contabilidad y financiación pública que, reportando al Finance & Admin Manager , asegure que los procesos contables y financieros se lleven a cabo de manera precisa, eficiente y en cumplimiento con las normativas contables y fiscales.
¿Cómo será tu día a día como Administrativo contable en Matteco? Registro de transacciones en los libros diarios, incluyendo ingresos, gastos y operaciones financieras.
Conciliaciones de cuentas.
Gestión de cuentas por cobrar y pagar, incluyendo emisión de facturas y seguimiento de pagos.
Contabilidad de Costes.
Gestión de archivo y documentación así como comunicaciones con bancos.
Control de facturas vinculadas a ayudas públicas.
Apoyo en trámites legales de subsanación y justificación de requerimientos.
Soporte en auditorías y revisiones de proyectos.
Interacción entre el equipo de financiación pública, la Gestión de Proyectos, los bancos y Entes Públicos Financiadores.
¿Qué te hará triunfar en esta posición? Dominio de Microsoft Business Central.
Formación en Administración de empresas o similar.
Minuciosidad en la revisión de documentos y resolución de discrepancias contables.
Habilidad para priorizar tareas y cumplir plazos establecidos.
Capacidad para seguir y aplicar normativas contables y fiscales.
Capacidad para analizar y entender estados financieros.
Comunicación clara y concisa de información financiera y administrativa.
Adaptación a cambios en políticas contables y tecnologías.
Compromiso con la ética profesional y confidencialidad en la gestión de información financiera.
