What you will doTax management of the applicable taxes, especially Corporate Tax:
Calculation and preparation of tax obligations related to corporate tax both individual and consolidated of the group in Spain.
Advice to the rest of the company's management in relation to any kind of tax issues.
Analysis of tax impacts and assurance of the company's position in tax matters.
Tax reporting to the parent company.
Attention, follow-up and resolution of procedures derived from tax inspections, management acts and other actions of tax nature carried out by the Administrations (State, Autonomous A.
, Local A.
).
Management and preparation of tax inspections on state, regional and local taxes that fall on the company.
Necessary actions for the legal defense of the interests of the companies of the Group before the Tax Administration, as well as in the Spanish Courts, for acts of tax transcendence.
What we are looking forBachelor's Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or similar.
5 years of experience in tax orgeneral tax consulting.
At least 2 years of experience in corporate taxation.
Knowledge in the use of SAP.
English level B2.
