Nestlé Internal Audit (NIA) offers talented professionals the opportunity to join a diverse global team and to develop strong technical & leadership skills, which are essential cornerstones of any successful career.
As a member of the international IT Audit Team you will conduct Process, Technology & Project Audits across several Nestlé Group companies and geographies.
You will be identifying risks and control gaps in applications and systems that are key to support Nestle strategic objectives.
Working at NIA is very hands-on.

Our teams actively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from operators in factories to Executive Vice Presidents at the Headquarters.

The Program
The Nestlé Internal Audit program, of approximately 4 years, provides a unique opportunity to get to know IT functions and processes across the globe.
IT Auditors travel around 50% of the time, according to a fixed calendar.
By using proven methodologies, tools and data analytics, auditors provide value added risk assurance and improvement recommendations.
A Day in the Life of an International IT Auditor
Prepare and execute IT risk-based audits / reviews of IT processes, systems and controlsReview compliance with laws, regulations, contracts, policies, and best practicesEnsure reliability and integrity of IT tools, confidentiality of information and safeguarding of assetsIdentify and recommend control enhancements and process improvementCommunicate findings and recommendations for corrective actionsPresent audit results to stakeholders and agree timelines for follow-upMaintain and update audit programs, manuals, and tools
What will make you successful
Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics degree or equivalentPrior experience in IT/Cyber Security, Technology, IT auditing or equivalentScripting/programming skills are an assetStrong analytical skills (e.g., using R, CAATs and MS Excel)'Hands-on' experience within IT and in-depth knowledge of at least one of the following areas:
SAP, Database Management, Networking, IT Operations, IT Systems (Windows, UNIX), Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, etc.)Strong technical background, good understanding of IT processes & operationsCISA, CISSP, CCNA, CIA or similar certification is a plusWorking proficiency in English (written and oral), any additional language is an assetStrong ability to work both independently and within an international teamAbility to take initiative and meet steep learning curve requirementProven ability to meet deadlines and high level of personal integrityWillingness to travel internationally 40-50% of time (worldwide)
