Project Overview:
The objective of this project is to unify and optimize the search filter for a WordPress site using H-Book.
The current WP-Booking search filter, which only displays available houses, will be removed.
The H-Book filter will be maintained and improved to allow full searches from the homepage.Search Filter Requirements:
The search filter must:
Filter based on all specified characteristics (dates, number of guests, house features, etc.)Display available properties and indicate the exact price based on dates and number of guests.Expansion of Search Filters:
Incorporate new filter options to facilitate more precise searches tailored to user preferences.Email Automation:
H-Book currently sends automated but non-personalized emails.
The following programming tasks are required:
The first email is sent when the guest requests a reservation, summarizing the reservation and attaching cancellation policies and house rules.The second email will be sent once the reservation is confirmed and accepted, including a personalized contract for the property detailing the address, tourist registration number, reservation details (dates, prices, etc.), and payment information (Bizum or IBAN for each owner).
It will also include check-in process information.Compatibility and Synchronization:
Check if H-Book is compatible with iCal to synchronize calendars with external platforms.Implement synchronization with other platforms (Booking, Airbnb) and calendars like Google Calendar and One Calendar.Mobile Optimization:
Correct design issues and misaligned elements in the mobile version.Simplify property listings by making cancellation policies and rules collapsible to save visual space.SEO and Technical Optimization:
Optimize and improve SEO positioning by reviewing the current structure of titles with keywords (pages and blog).Review potential bad backlinks.Improve page loading speed.Clean up unnecessary plugins to avoid performance issues.Project Details:
