We are seeking a skilled Field Technical Support professional to join our team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics.
As a key member of our Customer Care function, you will be responsible for providing frontline support to our customers, resolving technical issues through expert troubleshooting and technical knowledge.
This role is part of our Field Service team located in Galicia and will involve remote work.
You will report to the Service Supervisor responsible for Field Service and will be a key contributor to driving customer satisfaction and retention.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
Previous experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, and/or electronic medical equipment, or IT repair experience in a laboratory setting, as a Field Service Engineer or Biomedical Engineer, would be a plus.
