The Business Development Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative, operational, and organizational support to the BD and Contracts departments.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and organizational experience providing support for an award-winning graphic design company.ResponsibilitiesDuties include assisting with numerous office BD efforts including but not limited to the following:
Coordinate business development activities, including target clients and incoming leads, follow-ups, and tracking opportunity status in HubspotDatabase tracking and system process developmentCollecting, reviewing, and responding to RFPsWriting proposals in collaboration with the BD leadAssist with reviewing contractsAssisting in the creation and reporting of proposal and contract metricsCreation of project paperwork and calendarsRespond to inbound calls for project inquiriesAssist with NDA and insurance complianceAdministrative and facility backupQualificationsThe team member must be reliable, detail-oriented, strong in customer service, respectful of confidential information, and very organized.
