We’re seeking a Project Development Manager to join a rapidly growing solar PV IPP in Madrid. You’ll play a crucial role in advancing solar PV projects, working alongside a talented, interdisciplinary team to bring projects to RTB status.

Key responsibilities:

Lead the origination and acquisition of land for utility-scale solar projects.
Ensure projects meet all technical, regulatory, and financial requirements.
Build and nurture relationships with authorities and stakeholders.
Oversee project delivery in collaboration with consultants and contractors.
Support leadership with decision templates and investment reports.

The ideal candidate will:

Be fluent in Spanish and English, with a proven track record in renewable energy.
Bring 3–5 years of experience in large-scale project development.
Hold a degree in engineering, economics, or a similar field (MSc preferred).
Excel at negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
