Meet you future department The Global Procurement Department at Hero Group is a centralized strategic function responsible for managing the sourcing, acquisition, and supply chain of goods and services across the organization.
This department ensures the alignment of procurement strategies with the company's overall business objectives, driving cost efficiency, innovation, and sustainability across global operations.
Your main responsibilities Procurement Master Data Gathering Supplier onboarding (paperwork, SAP) Supplier Master Data (PHI) Change Requests (PHI) Certificates (Kosher, Halal, etc.) External Data (Mass Balance, Portals, Intrastat) Gather Supplier Score-Card Data for SRM Material Master Data Indirect (PHI) CoC Monitoring and Gathering Spend Categorization (SIEVO) CO2 factor assignment (SIEVO) Master Data integrity control PHI/SIEVO SAP Approval Matrix with PHI Expert AOB related with the above Skills and Competencies Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar Advanced level of English and Spanish Proficient in handling Software Tools:
SAP + MS Office P2P process knowledge Competences:
Strong Communication Skills:
Foster open communication between stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and alignment on goals.
Supplier Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to enhance collaboration and ensure service quality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to understand their needs and align category strategies with overall business objectives.
