The Global Procurement Department at Hero Group is a centralized strategic function responsible for managing the sourcing, acquisition, and supply chain of goods and services across the organization. This department ensures the alignment of procurement strategies with the company's overall business objectives, driving cost efficiency, innovation, and sustainability across global operations.

Legal Frame Contract
ERP Contract Management: input, confirmation, extension, closing.
SAP data entry: info records, order books, quotations
E-Catalogues (Indirect)

Accounts Payables:
Price Resolution
Other invoice issues
Supplier Accounts Payables
AOB related with the above

Skills and Competencies

Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar
Advanced level of English and Spanish
Proficient in handling Software Tools: SAP + MS Office
P2P process knowledge

Competences:
Strong Communication Skills: Foster open communication between stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and alignment on goals.
Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to enhance collaboration and ensure service quality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their needs and align category strategies with overall business objectives.
Continuous Improvement Mindset: Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to enhance processes and drive efficiency.
Training and Development: Invest in ongoing training for master data stewards to keep updated on processes, negotiation techniques, and best practices.
Technology Utilization: Leverage technology platforms for procurement processes, including e-sourcing tools, to streamline operations.
