Noxtec - Especialista en Soporte Técnico
Noxtec Development, establecida en 2016, como parte de Nippon Gases, es una compañía dedicada a la producción de Dispositivos Médicos, internacionalmente conocida. Diseña y produce dispositivos médicos de alta tecnología destinados al mercado internacional.Estamos buscando incorporar un Especialista de Soporte Técnico a nuestro equipo. El candidato seleccionado se encarga de la identificación de problemas técnicos y su solución para la tecnología desarrollada por Noxtec. Este puesto también da respuestas a los clientes o distribuidores por vía telefónica o mensajería de móvil. El rol tiene como objetivo identificar y solucionar los problemas técnicos o realizar actividades de mantenimiento regular de los equipos médicos.El Especialista de Soporte Técnico también participará en las pruebas de control de Calidad de los dispositivos médicos fabricados en la empresa, bajo la dirección del líder del grupo de servicios técnicos, para asegurar que estos equipos funcionan correctamente, así como para la realización de actualizaciones del software y del hardware de ser necesario. Estas actividades podrán realizarse en el laboratorio de la empresa o en las dependencias del cliente.
Responsabilidades:
Gestionar casos de soporte técnico de clientes por teléfono, chat o por correo electrónico.
Realizar reparaciones de unidades fabricadas por la empresa.
Comunicar incongruencias identificadas en los procesos técnicos establecidos por la empresa.
Viajar unas cuatro veces al mes dentro de la península ibérica para realizar tareas de mantenimiento y reparaciones in situ.
Hacer recomendaciones sobre cómo mejorar los dispositivos médicos de Noxtec.
Mantener actualizada la información y los procesos en la operativa de la empresa.
Apoyar al equipo de desarrollo en la prueba de nuevas soluciones o sistemas.
Proporcionar formación sobre cómo utilizar los dispositivos médicos.
Actualizar el sitio web de resolución de problemas de la empresa con consejos técnicos y documentos breves.
Requisitos:
Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en cualquier área tecnológica o con experiencia demostrada en el montaje de dispositivos electrónicos y de software.
Licencia de conducir válida del tipo B.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación con clientes.
Se valorará positivamente el conocimiento de inglés.
Experiencia impartiendo formaciones técnicas.
Persona estructurada y orientada al detalle.
Disponibilidad para desplazarse a cliente.
