Desde DOSS2 Talent estamos buscando una posición de TÉCNICO/A DE GARANTÍA en Mallorca para una empresa internacional del sector ferroviario con sede en Valencia, con más de 80 años de experiencia y más de 3000 empleados.
Misión:
Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y la calidad del producto o servicio que la empresa ofrece, gestionando eficientemente los procesos relacionados con las reclamaciones y la garantía.
Principales Responsabilidades:
Reparación de averías resolviendo de manera eficiente cualquier problema que presenten los vehículos en las instalaciones del cliente.
Mantenimiento preventivo asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de todos los equipos mediante revisiones y mantenimientos programados.
Mantenimiento del material rodante ferroviario trabajando con locomotoras, vagones y sistemas eléctricos y mecánicos.
Manejo de planos y esquemas interpretando y utilizando esquemas eléctricos y mecánicos para realizar reparaciones y mantenimientos.
Reporting de incidencias y actividades a la central de Valencia Gestión de stocks organizando y gestionando los materiales y repuestos necesarios Cumplir con todas las normativas y estándares de seguridad ferroviaria.
Requisitos:
Formación :
técnico en mecánica, mecatrónica o similar.
Experiencia :
3 años en un puesto similar, valorándose especialmente la experiencia en mantenimiento y talleres.
Conocimientos técnicos :
sistemas eléctricos, electrónicos, mecánica, hidráulica y neumática Habilidades :
capacidad de comunicación, organización y trabajo en equipo.
Disponibilidad :
para fijar residencia en el país destino Idiomas :
inglés.
