Su negocio principal es la gestión integral y la recuperación de deuda impagada, tanto de Banco como de otros clientes externos.
Por otro lado, se encarga, también de la gestión integral de activos inmobiliarios.
Actualmente está en proceso de expansión, reforzando sus equipos de recuperaciones tanto a nivel presencial en territorios así como el equipo de Recuperaciones Centralizado en Madrid.Como Técnico/a de Operaciones, tu objetivo principal será dar soporte al control y seguimiento de las empresas externas verificando que se cumplen los niveles de servicios (SLA, KPI determinados).Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:
Realizar los controles de calidad y auditorias correspondientes o exigir al proveedor los mismos.Seguimiento de los reportes de actividad diarios.Reuniones semanales con el proveedor.Soporte a su responsable para la preparación de informes y presentación de datos para los diferentes comités internos.Soporte a las diferentes reuniones con clientes (banco) o internas, y seguimiento del cumplimiento de las diferentes instrucciones operativas implantadas.Análisis e implantación de nuevas actividades necesarias por nuevas Instrucciones operativas o por búsqueda de eficiencias.Soporte al control del presupuesto anual asignado a cada servicio.Para esta posición será necesario:
Experiencia:
Experiencia de, al menos, cinco años en una posición similar.Educación:
Grado/Licenciatura en ADE o grados técnicos.Habilidades & Conocimientos:
Deseable conocimiento del sector servicing.Muy buen manejo de paquete Office, Excel avanzado.Nivel medio de inglés.En Santander, somos responsables de identificar, evaluar, gestionar y comunicar cualquier riesgo derivado del desempeño de sus funciones y profundizar continuamente en el conocimiento de los riesgos.
Banco Santander facilitará formación y herramientas para ayudarle a gestionar los riesgos de su puesto.
