¿En qué consiste el puesto?
Desde la Dirección Económico-Financiera se requiere un/a Técnico/a de Gestión de Deuda en Madrid (temporal con duración indeterminada). Se responsabilizará de realizar todas las tareas relacionadas con el seguimiento de la deuda y generación de informes del área de clientes de las direcciones regionales asignadas, apoyando a negocio en el correcto control de sus cuentas a cobrar, garantizando la correcta gestión del cobro y facturación de los clientes.
Las funciones a desarrollar son:
Realizar el seguimiento de la evolución de los clientes públicos y privados de las direcciones regionales asignadas.
Elaborar informes de deuda, cobro, facturación, obra en curso, retenciones de garantía, factoring, confirming, etc. de los clientes asignados a las direcciones regionales, controlando su evolución, para facilitar la consecución de los objetivos de la compañía.
Realizar la presupuestación del cobro, revisión y seguimiento de los contratos/clientes asignados, en línea con los objetivos de flujo de la compañía.
Preparar las previsiones mensuales, y trimestrales de cobro y revisar la correcta contabilización en el sistema del área de clientes.
Colaboración con los controllers y responsables de negocio en el control y la correcta imputación contable de las cuentas a cobrar, facturación, obra en curso, etc.
Coordinar y controlar las reclamaciones de cantidad a clientes públicos y privados, así como la confección de expedientes a asesoría jurídica.
Requisitos:
Formación :
Grado en Económicas/ Ciencias Empresariales/ Administración y Dirección de Empresas
Ofimática :
Herramientas informáticas:
Imprescindible nivel de Excel Avanzado y SAP (módulos FI/SD).
Conocimientos:
Valorable conocimientos de presupuestación.
Experiencia :
Mínimo 3 años en área de finanzas, preferiblemente en el área de cuentas a cobrar en compañías con gran volumen de clientes y/o departamentos de administración y control.
Habilidades:
Capacidad de planificación, análisis y manejo de elevados volúmenes de datos, flexibilidad, criterio para el análisis y toma de decisiones, y trabajo en equipo en un entorno dinámico.
