The START Center for Cancer Research ('START') is the world's largest early phase site network, fully dedicated to oncology clinical research.

Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with hardware, software and other IT equipment.Training:
Teach users how to use hardware and software and participate in Onboarding tasks.Documenting:
Record and maintain records of technical issues and customer interactions (JIRA, JMD Tracker, IT Access/Issues Logs, KB articles, etc.)Communicating:
Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, online chat, or in person.Supporting Projects:
Assist with IT projects such as data recovery, hardware and software deployments/testing and IT product migrations.Maintaining Systems:
Back up, upgrade, and set up computer systems.Ensuring compliance:
Ensure that all changes follow policy and procedure, and that regulatory compliance is maintained.Required ExperienceExcellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.Computer literate and have experience with tablets and writing protocols.Familiar with Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Citrix, Cloud technologies as well as Oncology software solutions.More about The START Center for Cancer ResearchDeeply rooted in community oncology centers globally, The START Center for Cancer Research provides access to specialized preclinical and early-phase clinical trials of novel anti-cancer agents.
