RavenPack has built a world-class conversational-AI platform for processing both structured and unstructured data, with state-of-the-art classification technology in order to transform it into actionable insights that can be used to boost the productivity of our day-to-day workflows.
Your primary initiative will be to build a store experience that allows our customers to find and purchase content sets that improve their experience on our platform. You will also be responsible for integrating new content sets from external providers, working with a team of experts to have this ingested into the platform and made available on the store. The role will initially be very hands-on and requires deep knowledge of working with data and marketplaces. You will be given lots of freedom to run with this project and will eventually be expected to build a team. You will also be expected to source new data products that can be further integrated and enhance the overall experience. You will work across the firm to sync the teams responsible for building and integrating the new system into a larger productivity platform.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Research and validation
• Specification of new features
• Ensuring the timely delivery of various projects
• Reporting progress to key stakeholders
You will report directly to the Director of Product and will interact with multiple departments on a daily basis including operations, engineering, ML, QA, design teams, and internal stakeholders.
What you Need to Succeed
• 5+ years experience leading a product team delivering technology solutions
• Hands-on experience building a digital marketplace with a key sense of good design practices
• Keen business acumen, experience with increasing user interaction and demand
• Strong motivation with the ability to be self-sufficient
• Ability to work with third-party content providers to source new data
• Hands-on experience in software development and data analysis technologies
• Experience working with and reporting to senior management
• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands
• Comfort with quickly changing priorities and a high level of adaptability and flexibility
• Ability to clearly document findings and summarize discussions
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to communicate effectively in English both in writing and verbally is a must.
• Knowledge of Spanish is not a business requirement.
Your Responsibilities
• Lead a cross-functional team to design and build a Store experience for the core data platform
• Driving the overall strategy and execution to ensure the marketplace's success
• Oversee the end-to-end marketplace operations, including product listing, pricing, promotions, and customer experience.
• Partner with corporate strategy and legal teams to license new content.
• Collaborate with content creators, data providers, and internal teams to onboard content into RavenPack's data pipelines, ensuring a diverse and high-quality product offering.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to optimize marketplace performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure the marketplace platform is user-friendly, secure, and scalable, working closely with technology teams to drive continuous improvement.
