HORSE is aware of the importance of risk management to ensure the achievement of the company's objectives as well as to have a clear internal crisis management mechanism and to ensure the continuity of the company's operations.
With this purpose, we are addressing a profile to support the ERM and BCP function to develop and maintain the ERM management system.
What you will do
Support in the periodic elaboration of the identification and evaluation of risks at corporate level and in the operations.
Participation in the elaboration of risk response sheets and action plans.
Coordination with the Internal Control department for the follow-up of risk response measures.
Participation in the company's Risk and Crisis Management Committees and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management practices into daily operations.
Monitor and report on risk management activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
Integration of risk methodology and BCP in the company's GRC tool.
Support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive risk management frameworks and policies.
Transversal coordination with departments that elaborate third level risk maps: compliance, cybersecurity, H&S, etc.
Participation in the design of crisis management procedures and business continuity plans: BIAs, RIAs, critical processes, recovery strategies, continuity plans and processes, etc; to ensure operational resilience.
Conduct training and awareness programs for staff on risk management and business continuity practices.
Monitoring and documentation of incidents and crisis events.
Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity Planning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
English: oral and writing high level.
