¡Tendrás que descubrirlo! TU MISIÓN COMO NUEVO/A CLUSTER MAINTENANCE MANAGER (Responsable de mantenimiento) para nuestros hoteles de Madrid será:
- Supervisar y coordinar todas las actividades relacionadas con el mantenimiento de nuestros hoteles de Madrid, incluyendo la estructura del edificio, sistemas eléctricos, fontanería, climatización y áreas comunes.
• Desarrollar un plan de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo para asegurar que todas las áreas del hotel se mantengan en condiciones óptimas.
Esto incluye la programación regular de inspecciones y reparaciones.
• Contratar, capacitar y dirigir al personal de mantenimiento para garantizar un equipo competente y motivado.
• Gestionar el presupuesto de mantenimiento y controlar los costos operativos.
Priorizar el gasto en función de las necesidades críticas y el mantenimiento preventivo.
• Establecer relaciones con proveedores de servicios de mantenimiento y suministros.
Negociar contratos y supervisar la calidad del trabajo realizado por contratistas externos.
• Implementar prácticas de mantenimiento sostenible, como la gestión eficiente de energía y agua, para reducir el impacto ambiental del hotel.
TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES LEGALES - Jornada de trabajo intensiva 40 horas semanales de lunes a viernes.
• Planificación de turnos y libranzas con antelación.

Formación CMM (Maintenance Management Certification) o similar.
Valorado positivamente.
• Formación superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales dimensión infraestructuras y edificios hoteleros.
• Habilitación y experiencia para trabajos relacionados con aguas y tratamiento de las mismas.
Prevención y control de legionela.
• Habilitación y experiencia en trabajos relacionados con electricidad.
• Habilitación y experiencia en trabajo con sistemas de domótica o mecanismos autónomos en hoteles o grandes superficies.
