Responsabilidades:
Apoyar de forma continua la relación con los Partners, con el objeto de mejorar e incrementar la cuenta de resultados de HomeServe, supervisando la evolución de la satisfacción, y procurando fortalecer la misma mediante servicios de valor añadido.
Realizar el archivo y mantenimiento de la documentación comercial por cliente, como el histórico de relaciones, propuestas, reuniones,.
Colaborar en el seguimiento cuantitativo y cualitativo del negocio a través del sistema de reporting, poniendo de manifiesto las desviaciones que se produzcan y anticipándose a las necesidades de los clientes.
Reuniones con partner para seguimiento y desarrollo de cuentas.
Colaborar internamente y con los Departamentos de Marketing y Ventas en la integración e implantación de nuevos productos y servicios como resultado de los acuerdos obtenidos con nuestros Partners.
Comunicar y mantener el seguimiento de los compromisos asumidos por el cliente a los distintos Departamentos integrados en el ciclo de vida del cliente.
Colaborar en el cumplimiento de los procesos y procedimientos Corporativos, adecuando la actividad comercial a los estándares de calidad definidos en la Compañía.
Elaboración de informes y reportes periódicos, garantizando el cumplimiento de las fechas marcadas como deadline y elaboración de toda aquella información, reporte, estudio, análisis requerida por la dirección de la compañía tanto internamente como para Grupo HS a nivel internacional.
Requisitos:
Grado en Desarrollo, Gestión Comercial y Estrategias de Mercado sustituible por experiencia demostrable en un puesto similar.
Imprescindible:
disponibilidad visitas comerciales.
Conocimientos específicos:
Inglés:
nivel medio alto en conversación.
Conocimientos en desarrollo y gestión de partners.
Experiencia:
Experiencia previa de 3 años en gestión de cuentas estratégicas para compañías relacionadas con las líneas de instalaciones y mantenimiento asociados de renovables B2C (Solar, aerotermia, punto de recarga de vehículo, calderas, etc).
Contratación:
Indefinida.
Salario bruto anual y 15% de variable por objetivos anuales.
