¿Quiénes somos? Telefónica Servicios Audiovisuales (TSA) es la compañía del Grupo Telefónica creadora de soluciones audiovisuales broadcast desde 1993.
Con sede central en España y oficina en Latinoamérica, TSA destaca por su carácter internacional ofreciendo servicios y soluciones broadcast y multimedia en cualquier parte del mundo.
Ofrecemos soluciones de consultoría, diseño e integración de proyectos audiovisuales broadcast end-to-end, soluciones integrales para la producción de televisión, proyectos de innovación como los basados en IA y servicios de plataformas de video DTH, IPTV, OTT, emisión de canales, etc.
Nuestros proyectos y servicios se complementan además con formación, coaching y soporte con diferentes niveles de servicio.
También gestionamos el mayor telepuerto totalmente privado de España, mediante el cual se distribuyen más de 700 canales de televisión y radio, además de ofrecer accesos a Internet, Starlink, LAN, Voz IP y datos.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?Integración en el departamento Servicios SAT, asimilación de procedimientos activos para el servicio de datos satelitales de CIC para TGS.
Coordinación e integración operativa con N2 del CIC y otros centros operativos de servicios satelitales de TSA.
Resolución de incidencias y coordinación de forma remota con clientes y proveedores.
Operación y Monitorado 24x7 de servicios IPSAT de TSA, enfocados principalmente a la necesidad del cliente TGS.
¿Qué necesitamos de ti?Formación:
Ingeniería técnicos o FP Superior con conocimientos técnicos en el sector de la distribución de señales Vía Satélite y Servicios de Datos.
Idiomas:
Valorable Nivel medio-alto de inglés hablado y escrito.
Conocimientos Técnicos:
Conocimiento de equipos de medida y radiofrecuencia (Analizadores espectros, Frecuencímetros, medidores de potencia.
).
Conocimientos de comunicación vía satélite y tratamiento de datos.
Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
Mentalidad de servicio al cliente (atención telefónica al cliente).
Gestión de cambio / flexibilidad en base a necesidades del servicio.
Experiencia:
Se valorará experiencia en sector de Telecomunicaciones y servicios SAT.
Otros:
Turnos rotativos de mañana, tarde y noche 24/7 en Tres Cantos.
