development and review of asset-liability models or regulatory internal modelsRegulatory and accounting issues:
Solvency II, IFRS 17 and Spanish & Portuguese local GAAPSII Internal Model development and validationSII risk assessment and capital optimizationsALM analysis and cash flows modellingActuarial reporting and reviewsInsurance mergers & acquisitions and actuarial due diligence alongside transactionsFinancial Risk Management and SustainabilityWork in support of their Management consulting and Strategy practiceMinimum Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or a related field.
For actuaries you must be from the Spanish Institute of Actuaries or equivalent international actuarial association2 to 5 years of actuarial experience with significant experience in the Spanish & Portuguese market, consulting experience is a plusStrong skills with MS ExcelLanguage skills:
Spanish (native/fluent) and English (native/fluent) is a strong asset.
Portuguese communication skills is a plus
