Responsabilidades

Asistir en las siguientes tareas:

Lavar y pelar los ingredientes para que se utilicen en la producción de platos.

Asegurarse de que las distintas 'mise en place' estén preparadas con la más alta calidad según los estándares establecidos por los superiores.

Asegurar la configuración y reposición de buffets.

Ayudar a los superiores en la recogida y en la organización en el almacenamiento correspondiente.

Informar al superior de las cantidades de ingredientes cuando los niveles de stock son bajos y asegurarse que siempre hay suficiente stock para el día a día.

Almacenar los ingredientes en recipientes específicos, asegurándose de que se conserven y etiqueten de acuerdo con el estándar de la compañía.

Limpiar y desinfectar las superficies de trabajo, herramientas, utensilios y área de trabajo antes y después del uso, según indica el estándar de seguridad alimentaria.

Informar de los problemas de limpieza y mantenimiento de las cocinas, apoyando a los chequeos diarios realizados por sus superiores.

Trabajar como parte del equipo y asistir a otros compañeros si es necesario.

Apoyar a otros puntos de venta y banquetes si lo solicitan los superiores.

Asistir y participar en todas las reuniones y formaciones, requeridas según lo programado.

Responsibilities

Assist in the following tasks:

Wash and peel ingredients for use in the production of dishes.

Make sure that the different 'mise en place' are prepared with the highest quality according to the standards established by superiors.

Ensure the configuration and replenishment of buffets.

Help superiors in the collection and organization in the corresponding storage.

Inform the superior of the quantities of ingredients when stock levels are low and ensure that there is always enough stock for the day to day.

Store ingredients in specific containers, ensuring that they are stored and labeled according to company standards.

Clean and sanitize work surfaces, tools, utensils and work area before and after use, as indicated by the food safety standard.

Report cleaning and maintenance problems in the kitchens, supporting the daily checks carried out by their superiors.

Work as part of the team and assist other colleagues if necessary.

Support other points of sale and banquets if requested by superiors.

Attend and participate in all required meetings and trainings as scheduled.
