Lead React Developer

Your Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead React Developer to guide our team in building scalable, high-performance applications.
You'll play a crucial role in making key technical decisions, driving best practices, and mentoring a team of talented developers.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and Design: Lead the design and implementation of our React-based front-end, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Technical Leadership: Define coding standards, implement best practices (e.g., clean code, design patterns, testing), and set quality benchmarks.
Decision-Making: Collaborate with stakeholders to make informed decisions about technology, tools, and architecture.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Mentorship: Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
Code Reviews: Perform detailed reviews to ensure the codebase meets high standards and aligns with the project's goals.
Focus on Sustainability: Help implement features and systems that align with our mission of promoting sustainability and eco-awareness.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js, and 2+ years in a leadership role.
Expertise: Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Redux, Context API, and modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
UI/UX Skills: Experience building responsive and accessible user interfaces.
Best Practices: Deep knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library), CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Sustainability Enthusiasm: Passionate about making a positive environmental impact through technology.
