Este puesto es clave para identificar las necesidades del cliente y alinearlas con nuestras soluciones, brindando un enfoque consultivo que genere valor añadido desde el inicio del ciclo de ventas.
Tus funciones:
Apoyar al equipo de ventas asistiendo a reuniones con clientes potenciales para determinar los requisitos técnicos y comerciales.
Proporcionar liderazgo técnico y supervisión durante las pruebas, pruebas de conceptos, demostraciones complejas para hacer ver al cliente las ventajas de contratar nuestro producto/servicio.
Proporcionar especificaciones técnicas y documentación de requisitos según sea necesario para respaldar la solución propuesta.
Responder a elementos funcionales y técnicos de RFIS/RFPS.
Apoyar iniciativas de construcción de pipeline de ventas (participación en ferias y exposiciones, demostraciones de productos).
Tiene que realizar visitas presenciales a casa del cliente junto a comercial en primera toma de contacto.
Eres el candidato/a ideal si:
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en un rol de preventa o similar, con proyectos de soluciones de Redes.
Experiencia previa en soluciones de redes y conocimientos de las diferentes soluciones de redes (LAN, WLAN, NAC, Gestión en Cloud, Firewall, SDWAN, ZTNA.
).
Experiencia en Routing y Switching, en Redes Lan, Wan, SD-Wan,Voz y CPD.
Habilidades avanzadas de comunicación, negociación y presentación.
Capacidad para entender y explicar conceptos técnicos complejos de manera clara y accesible.
Disponibilidad para viajar según necesidades de clientes.
Orientación al cliente y habilidades de trabajo en equipo.
Enfoque analítico y orientación a la resolución de problemas.
Conocimiento en sistemas de CRM y herramientas de gestión de clientes.
