Come, join us on this journey!British American Tobacco Iberia has an exciting opportunity for a Heating Product Category Brand Executive in MadridYour key responsibilities will include:
STRATEGY & PORTFOLIOBe responsible for Heating Product (HP) Category Cycle Plans execution, aligned to global portfolio pipeline; mainly focused in Iberia markets.
Support the Brand Manager to translate global plans into market ones.
Be a real product expert and a true brand ambassador, acting as key point of contact for the local business needs related to HP category.
Contribute to deliver Consumer & Commercial Strategy in Iberia markets, aligned with Area & global KPIs, working hand-to-hand with the Brand Manager.
Strong analytical skills and ease in reading consumer insights to be able to identify growth opportunities and recommend corrective actions when needed.
Deploy and execute New Product Introduction (NPI) for HP category in Iberia markets OTIF (On-time in-full).
Identify product specifications, manage packaging briefing and legal/ regulatory compliance alignment and packaging artwork approvals.
Participate in main NPI process meetings as key marketing point of contact.
Monitor brand performance and support Brand Manager in monthly performance review per market on HP KPIs.
Own a solid understanding of the "reason-why" driving performance and changes vs plan/ target.
Understand & monitor commercial KPIs x-functionally (distribution, shipments, sales, digital, etc.
) and be able to drive conclusions for the brand performance overall.
BRAND/ CAMPAIGN & COMMUNICATIONManage adaptation of Global campaigns to locally relevant brand communication approach based on comms strategy framework.
Ensure the delivery of campaign toolkits OTIF, with full understanding of deadlines with EMS, to be able to activate a plan B, when needed (any potential delay, no toolkit available from global teams, etc.
)Provide guidance to local consumer marketing teams on brand BAU Activation, Campaign & Touchpoints Activation in line with brand guidelines, Look & Feel, Brand Tone of Voice.
Support them in market campaign deployment & share best practices amongst the different markets.
Ensure brand guidelines compliance in all aspects of in-market deployment, in line with International Marketing Principles, Youth Access Prevention and local regulatory framework.
STAKEHOLDERS ENGAMEMENTOwn a high record track in different stakeholders' management; being responsible for end-market strategic management & co-ordination.
Prepare presentations and reports for monthly Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) forums, Internal Stakeholders alignments, etc.
Strong communication skills is required for this position.
OPERATIONAL & SYSTEMIC PROCESSES HANDLINGMonitor budget and related category expenditure in on-going basis throughout the year, ensuring accurate budget tracking of all initiatives.
Manage Purchase Order creation, internal budget system upload.
Manage Cycle plan actions and update of product initiatives in internal NPI system platform (Hive).
Ensure to update it monthly to reflect any potential change.
What are we looking for? Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar business relevant area.
Master's degree would be a plusFluency in English & Spanish, both written and spoken.
Portuguese would be a plus.
