Experiencia en Servicios Centrales de Entidad, realizando tareas transversales.
Experiencia laboral durante la carrera de ámbito comercial, con exposición a cliente, y que haya sido continuado.
Funciones: Fortalecer vínculos con el cliente final Generación de oportunidades de negocio Facilitar la adopción de nuevos productos y servicios Potenciar y crear canales de comunicación Impulsar la cohesión e identidad del grupo.
Identificar necesidad de nuevos desarrollos y comunicación a Responsable Funcional y/o Equipo Técnico, sondeo y levantamiento de necesidad inicial.
Apostar por contextos de mejora continua Gestión integral de disfuncionalidades del servicio Velar por la calidad del servicio Gestión del cambio a nuevos desarrollos Interacción con equipos técnicos y funcionales para la resolución de incidencias, incluyendo pruebas funcionales para verificar con el cliente la solución adoptada Ubicación: Tres Cantos (Madrid) Modalidad: los 6 primeros meses100% presencial, luego será 3 días presencial y 2 remoto.
Horario : flexible entrada de 8-9. 30 y salida a partir de las 16. 35.
