Barajas, San Fernando de Henares, Coslada, etc.)Sobre NosotrosTrivio Europe, una filial de Trivio y líder en la distribución de productos gourmet en Europa, busca un Gerente General Comercial para liderar nuestras operaciones en Madrid.
Este rol comenzará con un periodo de adaptación como líder comercial en el extranjero para conocer profundamente nuestro mercado y productos, incluyendo el trabajo con trufa fresca y una empresa elaboradora de productos gourmet.
Responsabilidades del Puesto Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales para impulsar las ventas de productos gourmet en Europa.
Gestionar y ampliar una cartera de clientes de alto perfil, incluyendo restaurantes, distribuidores y mercados especializados.
Establecer relaciones estratégicas con clientes clave y nuevos prospectos en el sector gourmet.
Liderar el equipo comercial, asegurando el cumplimiento de metas y motivando al equipo hacia resultados excepcionales.
Representar a Trivio Europa en negociaciones estratégicas y ferias internacionales de productos gourmet, con un enfoque en trufas frescas y productos elaborados.
Colaborar directamente con una empresa elaboradora de productos gourmet, asegurando la calidad y el desarrollo de nuevos productos alineados con la demanda del mercado.
Implementar iniciativas de expansión en mercados internacionales, utilizando habilidades lingüísticas y culturales.
Requisitos del Puesto Licenciatura en Administración, Marketing, Comercio Internacional o áreas afines.
Experiencia comprobable en el sector gourmet (trufas, caviar, alimentos de lujo o similares).
Conocimientos avanzados en liderazgo, ventas y desarrollo de equipos comerciales.
️ Base sólida de clientes en el sector gourmet (deseable).
Idiomas:
nivel avanzado de inglés (indispensable) y otros idiomas europeos son un plus.✈️ Disponibilidad para viajar por Europa en representación de Trivio Europa.✨ Habilidades clave:
liderazgo, compromiso, ambición, organización y visión estratégica.
Prestaciones y Beneficios Sueldo inicial:
2.100 euros netos mensuales, con posibilidad de revisión según desempeño.
