Desde Abica Gran Vía, estamos seleccionando a un/a Director/a para liderar nuestro RoofTop de Le Tavernier, nuestro Restaurante A'Ollo y de toda la parte de Food & Beverage del Hotel Innside Meliá Gran Vía.
¿Qué es lo que buscamos?Buscamos un perfil operativo que tenga una amplia experiencia en el sector de la hostelería.
Que tenga la capacidad y el liderazgo que le permita:
Coordinar el trabajo de los dos espacios y del F&B:
el restaurante y la terraza.
Dirigir a un equipo de 45 personas.
Supervisar el funcionamiento del negocio.
¿Cuáles son los requisitos para el puesto?Titulaciones relacionadas con la Hostelería.
Una persona que tenga al menos 5 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.
Capacidad de atención al cliente.
Nivel de Inglés mínimo B2, se valorará el C1.
Se tendrá en cuenta el conocimiento de algún idioma más, alemán, italiano…etc.
¿Cuáles serían tus responsabilidades principales?Control y seguimiento de la actividad diaria del negocio.
Coordinación y liderazgo del equipo de profesionales.
Desarrollo de la comunicación y atención al cliente, cuidando y participando en la recepción y trato con el cliente.
Mejora y desarrollo de la oferta de nuestro negocio, tanto en cuanto a nuestras cartas como de nuestros eventos y experiencias.
