The Position
Dentro del Area de Corporate Affairs, en nuestro Departamento de Comunicación, Pacientes y RSC, reportando a nuestra Directora de Comunicación, el Corporate Communication Specialist, trabajará en el desarrollo e implementación de la estrategia de comunicación e imagen corporativa de Roche Farma en España en todos los canales y soportes, y tendrá responsabilidades en el Plan Estratégico y Táctico de RSC y Sostenibilidad.
Funciones y Responsabilidades Específicas:
Definir conjuntamente con la Dirección de Comunicación la política y la estrategia de comunicación e imagen corporativa de la compañía, determinando la estrategia de medios y de mensajes que mejor se adapten a la consecución de los objetivos previamente establecidos.
Diseñar, planificar e implementar el plan de comunicación externa de Roche Farma en España dotando de contenido los canales de comunicación corporativos.
Colaborar en el desarrollo de la estrategia de RSC de la compañía, en su ejecución y en la difusión (interna y externa) de aquellas acciones que se lleven a cabo y que permitan poner de manifiesto la contribución de Roche en los pilares fundamentales sobre los que se asienta.
Coordinar su labor con el resto de áreas de Comunicación de la compañía promoviendo el trabajo en equipo para establecer sinergias.
Dar soporte a las diferentes áreas, y especialmente al Comité de Dirección y a los portavoces oficiales de la compañía, en sus intervenciones públicas garantizando que en todas ellas se trasmiten los principios y valores de Roche, contribuyendo así a reforzar la reputación corporativa de nuestra marca y a posicionarla en el entorno en el que operamos.
Gestionar y emitir comunicados que refuercen los mensajes institucionales y aseguren de manera coherente el estilo propio de la organización.
Colaborar en la difusión de aquellas informaciones, actos o eventos especiales institucionales en cualquier parte del territorio nacional que refuercen el posicionamiento y la visibilidad de la compañía.
Gestionar relaciones con los medios de comunicación, favoreciendo la generación de un clima de confianza y colaboración mutua.
Evaluar de las estrategias de comunicación aplicadas, corregirlas y mejorarlas si es necesario. Evaluar los resultados.
Seguimiento y análisis clippings de prensa e informaciones de interés para la compañía.
Gestión Comunicación posibles crisis corporativas o de imagen.
Gestión de la publicidad corporativa.

Requisitos:
Formación: Licenciatura en Periodismo, Comunicación o Relaciones Públicas
Experiencia previa de 7 años en el desempeño de tareas similares en área de Comunicación de empresa
Se valorará trayectoria previa en medios de comunicación
Inglés alto
Conocimiento y manejo RR.SS y entorno digital
