Buscamos un Business Banking Consultant especializado en productos GTB, para unirse a nuestro equipo de Digital Strategy & Advisory en Madrid.
El área de Digital Strategy & Advisory se enfoca en proyectos de consultoría de negocios, asesorando y proporcionando soluciones integrales para nuestros clientes, cubriendo el E2 E de una transformación, desde la definición estratégica hasta la ejecución de la misma.
¿Qué estamos buscando? Requisitos específicos : Más de 5 años de experiencia en consultoría de negocios o banca con un fuerte enfoque en proyectos de transformación digital, optimización y tendencias de mercado dentro del ámbito Global Transactional Banking (GTB).
Conocimiento avanzado de las necesidades y desafíos de la industria en el área de Corporate Finance, con enfoque en los productos de Working Capital, Supply Chain Finance, Factoring, Avales y Comercio Exterior.
Experiencia liderando proyectos de transformación con foco en GTB, abordando desafíos financieros complejos y entregando soluciones personalizadas.
Dominio del inglés y español ; otros idiomas serán valorados.
Herramientas: nivel avanzado en Microsoft Office (Excel y Power Point); se valoran conocimientos en Google Suite y Jira.
Habilidades y competencias: Altas habilidades de comunicación Proactividad, ser agente movilizador y orientado a la acción Capacidad para gestionar situaciones desafiantes de manera efectiva Fuerte orientación al desempeño Pensamiento estratégico y crítico, con capacidad para evaluar necesidades complejas de los clientes Habilidades excepcionales de organización, liderazgo y gestión de proyectos.
¿Cuál será tu rol? Liderar la definición y coordinación junto con nuestros clientes, en la consecución sus planes de transformación dentro del ámbito GTB , gestionando equipos, estableciendo objetivos y organizando los entregables.
Proporcionar una visión estratégica para abordar retos de optimización financiera y transformación , asegurando la alineación con las necesidades y objetivos del cliente.
Coordinar y liderar reuniones con clientes, asegurando una comunicación efectiva entre las distintas áreas involucradas (negocio, tecnología, etc.) Gestión integral de proyectos , desde la definición de entregables, priorización y planificación hasta el seguimiento, reporte y coordinación con los distintos stakeholders.
Preparar y presentar entregables de alta calidad de forma autónoma, garantizando la precisión de los datos y la viabilidad de las soluciones.
