Apoyar al área de ventas en la planificación y ejecución de las actividades de generación de oportunidades.
Responsable del ciclo de vida de las oportunidades.
Determinar y comprender los requisitos técnicos y comerciales de los clientes.
Preparar propuestas de servicios y soluciones para abordar los requisitos de los clientes.
Colaborar con los equipos de operación en la realización de demostraciones de productos.
Mantenerse al tanto de la evolución de los productos, el panorama competitivo y de la industria.
Requisitos:
Al menos 5 años de experiencia laboral en una capacidad similar, es decir, función de preventa que involucre soluciones y servicios alrededor del software de Gobierno y Gestión de TI.
Experiencia en la elaboración de ofertas en el ámbito de la administración pública.
Experiencia con soluciones de BMC, ServiceNow, Microfocus.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trato con el cliente.
Certificación ITIL v3.
