Como Assistant Head Coach, disfrutarás de:
cooperar con head coaches para crear una experiencia de compra única y ofrecer nuestro servicio excelente a los clientes
coordinarte, apoyar y supervisar un equipo diverso y garantizar un ambiente de trabajo excelente (por ejemplo, contratación, desarrollo, gestión del rendimiento, dotación de personal)
implementar herramientas y procesos operacionales de excelencia para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas, optimizar los servicios, mejorar la satisfacción del cliente y aumentar la eficiencia y la productividad
supervisar varios departamentos como el comercial, el de athletes o el de experiencia del cliente
apoyar a tu head coach a la hora de implementar la estrategia de NIKE en tu tienda, por ejemplo:
sostenibilidad, membership o servicios digitales
proporcionar informes sobre las actividades de la tienda, otras tiendas de la zona e información de los clientes
garantizar que la tienda cumple con todos los estándares y las directrices de NIKE
colaborar con tus partners comerciales en las tiendas y en la sede central
