Buscamos para incorporación inmediata un/a International Account Executive para una prestigiosa y reconocida empresa de riesgos financieros y broker global de seguros y reaseguros, ubicada en el Barcelona ciudad.
Requisitos:
• Experiencia profesional previa mínima de 5 años realizando funciones similares a las descritas.
• Formación universitaria en económicas, ADE, derecho, ingeniería, u otros.
• Nivel alto de inglés imprescindible . (Mínimo B2-C1 demostrable)
• Dominio técnico de seguros , especialmente en programas internacionales y contratos complejos.
• Excelente capacidad de interlocución con clientes de alto nivel
Funciones:
• Realizar análisis detallados de los contratos aseguradores existentes para detectar brechas de cobertura (gaps de riesgos) y proponer soluciones adecuadas.
• Gestionar contratos de seguros internacionales y complejos, asegurando la correcta emisión en diferentes jurisdicciones.
• Garantizar que los riesgos detectados estén cubiertos adecuadamente, minimizando la posibilidad de exclusiones en la cobertura.
• Asesorar a clientes de alto nivel en la planificación y estructuración de su programa asegurador.
• Participar en reuniones y comunicaciones en inglés con clientes internacionales.
• Proveer un servicio técnico impecable que genere confianza y fidelización.
• Trabajar en estrecha coordinación con los equipos de Business Development, sin asumir funciones comerciales directas .
• Elaborar comparativas y presentar informes técnicos a los clientes.
• Solicitar y negociar suplementos que impliquen modificaciones contractuales.
Se ofrece:
• Contrato indefinido con Salario competitivo.
• Teletrabajo a convenir (1/2 días/semana).
• Todo el mes de julio y agosto jornada intensiva.
• Horario estable de Lunes a Jueves con entrada flexible entre las 8h y 9:
30h y Viernes intensivo.
• Formaciones certificadas en idiomas, descuentos con convenio en gimnasios, pack de retribución flexible y 25 días laborales de vacaciones.
• Muy buen ambiente y conciliación laboral.
• Plan de carrera anual y desarrollo/progresión
