El Técnico de Laboratorio recibe y prepara muestras para el análisis y pruebas de laboratorio, configura los instrumentos, realiza pruebas y lee, interpreta y emite los resultados en el área de Bioquímica, Urianálisis, Parasitología, Serología, Hematología u otros campos requeridos.
Funciones y Responsabilidades Esenciales:
Procesar muestras y preparar muestras para todos los departamentos.Conocimiento en todas las áreas, incluyendo Bioquímica, Serología, Urianálisis, Hematología, Coagulación y Parasitología según todos los SOP (Procedimientos Operativos Estándar).Responsable de la realización de pruebas como Química, Coagulación y Hematología (AU, Immulite, Sismex xtc).Responsable de la realización de pruebas como Parasitología:
configuración y prueba de Giardia ELISA, y otras pruebas misceláneas como Serología.Ingresar y liberar resultados, comunicar resultados e informar problemas a los patólogos médicos.Realizar todos los controles de calidad requeridos según las pautas de QA (Aseguramiento de Calidad).Mantenimiento de la instrumentación del laboratorio.Gestión administrativa de los procesos de envío de muestras.Ingresar altas en el LIS (Sistema de Información de Laboratorio).Comunicarse con los clientes si es necesario.Se puede solicitar la participación en iniciativas de la empresa, proyectos especiales y otras tareas asignadas.Educación y Experiencia:
Grado en Técnico de Laboratorio Clínico o Grado en un campo relacionado con la Ciencia (Técnico Biomédico, Biología, Biotecnología Veterinaria) con experiencia en laboratorio clínico.
Conocimientos generales de ciencias.
Buen nivel en el manejo de herramientas de Office.
Atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente.
Organizado, con la capacidad de realizar múltiples tareas en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
Debe estar orientado a resultados.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
Se considerará un plus fluidez en el idioma inglés.
