Eurofirms selecciona administrativo/a de transporte para importante compañía especialista en transporte y logística de productos alimentarios a temperatura controlada en su centro logístico ubicado en Alcalá de Henares.
La persona seleccionada realizará las siguientes funciones:
• Gestión de rutas, nacionales y/o locales, dando seguimiento a los medios de transporte internos y externos asignados en función de los volúmenes de actividades.
• Coordinación con los departamentos de muelle en relación con prioridades de la operativa.
• Cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad de servicio, y con las especificidades de los clientes en cuanto a embalajes y transportes.
• Gestión de las herramientas informáticas de transporte asegurando un reporte correcto de la información.
• Interlocución con los clientes y gestión del correo.
• Experiencia previa de al menos 2 años en el sector de transporte en un departamento de tráfico o similar.
• Buscamos a una persona proactiva, con motivación por aprender, resolutiva ante incidencias del día a día, responsable y comunicativa.
• Disponibilidad horaria total desde la noche del domingo a la noche del viernes (descanso noche de sábado y una entre semana) - Valorable residencia cercana al puesto de trabajo.
