Adobe Campaign Consultant / Campaign Manager Omega CRM Consulting is looking for an Adobe Campaign Consultant / Campaign Manager to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.
You will manage the understanding, implementation, execution, tracking, and measurement of Animal Health marketing campaigns. You will turn the multichannel campaign and provided content as defined and delivered in the campaign briefings provided by marketing stakeholders into a series of workflows and deliveries in our marketing automation tool (Adobe Campaign).
The Adobe Campaign Consultant / Campaign Manager will use their knowledge as a subject matter expert in marketing automation to act as a consultant with our stakeholders to drive best practices in their marketing campaigns while also developing the campaigns within the toolset in a technically efficient and effective way.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that campaigns are built and measured according to global standards and best practices.
Ensure that the workflows and deliveries serve the business needs as defined in the campaign briefings provided by OPU.
Ensure that the Campaign Analyst receives the correct data for their reporting and analytics.
Ensure that documentation provided by OPUs is according to standards.
Ensure high end-to-end quality of multichannel campaigns, including measurement.
Work both independently and with CX2 Centre Lead to ensure the toolset is being used efficiently.
Provide a consultancy approach.
Work with OPUs on developing best practices that can be replicated to other OPUs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration with a strong affinity for tech, or a Bachelor in technical studies combined with a strong business mindset.
2+ years experience managing campaigns in an international environment.
2+ years experience with Adobe Campaign (mandatory).
Project Management knowledge and an agile mindset.
Marketing Automation knowledge is a plus.
Experience as a Campaign Manager in a software house, consultancy, or other project delivery environment; consultant experience would be a great plus.
Fluency in English due to the global nature of the job.
Experience working in an international and intercultural environment.
Effective communication, collaboration skills, problem solving, self-motivation, excellent analytical thinking, open mindset, and innovative ideas.
