La persona seleccionada liderará nuestra estrategia de bienestar, promoviendo una cultura de salud y productividad dentro de la empresa, y tendrá un papel destacado en establecer prácticas sostenibles de bienestar para nuestros empleados.
Responsabilidades clave del Gerente de BienestarDesarrollo de programas de bienestar:
Diseñar e implementar programas de salud y bienestar que promuevan el equilibrio entre el trabajo y la vida personal, la salud mental y el bienestar físico.Fomento de una cultura de bienestar:
Fomentar la participación activa de los empleados en las iniciativas de salud, garantizando un ambiente de trabajo sano y positivo.Evaluación y medición de resultados:
Monitorear y reportar el impacto de los programas de bienestar, utilizando métricas para asegurar la mejora continua y la efectividad.Facilitación de eventos y talleres:
Organizar y liderar talleres de bienestar, charlas de motivación y actividades de formación que promuevan la salud integral.Colaboración transversal:
Trabajar con diversas áreas de la empresa para integrar las prácticas de bienestar en las políticas y procesos organizacionales.Perfil del candidato idealFormación Académica:
Grado en Psicología, Ciencias del Deporte, Nutrición u otros campos relacionados con la salud.
Valorable formación adicional en gestión de programas de bienestar.Experiencia:
Al menos 10 años de experiencia en roles de liderazgo relacionados con el bienestar corporativo, experiencia demostrable en la gestión del impacto del bienestar en la productividad laboral.Habilidades:
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y persuasión para motivar a los empleados.
Capacidad de planificación y organización de programas efectivos de bienestar.
Fuerte orientación a resultados y habilidades analíticas para evaluar el impacto de las iniciativas.
Nivel de inglés avanzado.
