Operador/a de Seguridad - Centro de Control Nuestra División de seguridad electrónica lleva más de un siglo protegiendo hogares, activos, empresas y clientes de todo el mundo ofreciendo soluciones de integración y servicios avanzados de seguridad.
Con nuestros sistemas de Alarmas un hogar o negocio se convierte en un entorno tranquilo y seguro.¿Cuál será tu Rol?Recepción y verificación de las señales de alarma procedentes de clientes conectados así como gestión remota integral de incidencias en instalaciones, en materia de seguridad.¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?Recepción de señales, verificación de alarmas (secuencial, vídeo) en centro de control.Transmisión y centralización de alarmas, comunicación a los centros operativos y unidades de intervención de las fuerzas y cuerpos de seguridad del Estado.
Videovigilancia remota, accesos videovigilados, rondas virtuales, análisis y realización de informes de procesos (Grandes superficies e instalaciones)Coordinación y comunicación con el personal de seguridad de los centros monitorizados.
Control operativo de todos los servicios, recepción y reacción inmediata de sugerencias y peticiones del cliente.Resolución de incidencias de forma especializada, siguiendo las directrices de la Ley de Seguridad Privada y procedimientos específicos establecidos por el cliente.
¿Qué perfil necesitamos?ESO/Formación académica acorde.
Imprescindible habilitación de vigilante de seguridad (TIP) en vigor.
Experiencia en trato telefónico con clientes.Manejo de Paquete Office.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos (Mañana 07.00-15.00/ Tarde 15.00- 23.00/ Noche 23.00-07.00).
Rotación 7-3 / 7-4 Se solicitará un certificado de penales.Valorable:
Experiencia previa en visualización de cámaras a través de circuito cerrado de televisión.
Alta capacidad de comunicación, tanto con personal interno como organismos oficiales.
Actitud proactiva, dinámica y alta capacidad de organización.
Persona acostumbrada a trabajar en equipo.
