Tu incorporación será el 2 de Diciembre y la duración del contrato hasta el 10 de Enero. Tu horario será de 20 horas semanales distribuidas en un sistema de turnos rotativos de Lunes a Sábado.
El horario de apertura de la oficina es de Lunes a Viernes de 09. 00 12. 45 y de 16. 00 a 18. 45 h, Sábado de 09. 00 a 12. 45 h.
¿Qué harás en tu día a día? Como Rental Sales Agent, cuidarás del Customer Journey de los clientes. Además de darles la bienvenida y facilitar su reserva y contrato de alquiler,
Ofrecerás servicios adicionales al alquiler del vehículo que faciliten que su experiencia sea genuina. (Mejora de Categoría del Coche, Coberturas y Protecciones, Conductor adicional, GPS, Sillitas de bebé, etc).
Ayudarás a los clientes a recoger la llave de su vehículo a través de Códigos QR en el Self-service Kiosk y promoverás el uso de los programas de fidelización, como el Quick-pass.
Realizarás labores de operativa de parking: devolución del vehículo y chequeo de su estado, informando al cliente de las condiciones del cierre de su contrato.
¿Qué obtendrás a cambio?
Incorporación el 2 de Diciembre y contrato temporal hasta el 10 de Enero.
Salario fijo y esquema de remuneración variable, comisionando por ventas de productos adicionales.
