Para cumplir esta misión, desde AINIA estamos buscando incorporar a nuestra plantilla de profesionales un/a: Técnico/a de laboratorio de microbiología Las principales funciones a desempeñar consistirán en: Desarrollo y puesta a punto de nuevos métodos analíticos aplicados al análisis de alimentos (patógenos, microorganismos alterantes, virus, alérgenos) y productos afines (plantas y aguas).
Redacción de procedimientos e informes.
Dar formación en español y en inglés.
Aplicación de los requerimientos de la norma ISO 17025 y normas de validación como norma ISO 16140.
Firma de informes analíticos.
Asistencia al personal analista en la resolución de cuestiones técnicas.
Mantenimiento del sistema de calidad interno y conocimiento en uso de equipos en laboratorio de microbiología.
Contacto con proveedores.
Apoyo en la automatización de procesos.
Preparación de propuestas y ejecución de proyectos de asistencia a clientes.
Atención al cliente.
¿Qué buscamos? Buscamos a una persona con licenciatura en Biología, Biotecnología, Ingeniería agrónoma especializada en Biotecnología, y afines , con doctorado y con formación en técnicas de análisis microbiológico de alimentos, tanto de microbiología tradicional (técnicas de aislamiento en cultivo) como de biología molecular (q PCR, ELISA, secuenciación masiva).
Es necesario un nivel fluido de inglés (escrito y hablado).
Se requiere experiencia en la puesta a punto de métodos de Biología Molecular (Elisa, PCR, secuenciación masiva) y en al análisis de alérgenos (ELISA y PCR).
Se valorará positivamente conocimiento en el análisis de fitopatógenos en material vegetal (normas EPPO).
A nivel competencial, la persona seleccionada deberá ser proactiva, resolutiva, proactiva, con buenas habilidades para el trabajo en equipo así como alta orientación al cliente y a resultados.
