In this position you will… …drive the commercial success of our suite of digital tools that enable our European business partners to sell insurance and protection products to their end customers from discovery to launch and ongoing optimizations.
You will also liaise with business stakeholders across the organization (business development, marketing, ops, tech, design) through agile ways of working to deliver world class digital solutions that drive innovation.
You will be responsible for… Setting the vision for your European product area - and driving that vision into reality through collaboration with stakeholders and your agile squad(s).
Creating business cases and maintaining the product backlog according to business value and viability.
It involves prioritizing stories, epics and themes to ensure that work focuses on those with the highest value that are aligned with product vision and the company strategy.
Utilizing your deep knowledge of users and technology to define end-to-end requirements/stories that are comprehensible to developers/QA.
Working with designers (and other stakeholders) to ensure that customers desire your product.
This will involve testing with end users through prototypes, surveys, user sessions, etc.
Defining and executing go-to-market plans, working to ensure that product management, marketing, operations and sales have what they need to be successful.
Developing and maintaining appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future iterations.

You will require the following qualifications and skills An experienced digital professional with 8+ years in the digital product space.
Has held the role of Product Owner or Product Manager for 2+ years.
Has 2+ years of experience working in the insurance (or insurtech) industry in Spain (mandatory).
Proven ability to articulate to business stakeholders why features are required, what problems they will solve and how they will benefit the end user.
Experienced in writing end to end requirements/stories that are clear to software developers.
Effective at collaborating with a global team, across multiple time-zones.
Native Spanish and excellent English language skills.
Holds an undergraduate degree in Business or Computing or Engineering (ideally).
Experience working in a B2B2C organization (ideally).
