We are seeking a results-driven PPC expert who is passionate about leveraging data and creativity to capture high-intent leads in the tech space.
Most of our Marketing team is located in Malaga, Spain, but we have colleagues all over the world, so don't let that stop you from applying.

As a PPC expert at Plytix, you'll have the exciting opportunity to lead paid advertising efforts that directly connect businesses with our powerful Product Information Management (PIM) solution.
You'll be at the helm of crafting and optimizing campaigns that reach high-intent prospects, making a tangible impact on the company's growth.

What will you be doing?

• Develop and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Review sites and LinkedIn, targeting prospects searching for PIM solutions.
• Conduct keyword and audience targeting research to capture high-intent leads and maximize ROI.
• Optimize ad copy and landing pages to boost conversion rates and ensure a seamless user journey from click to lead.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to make data-driven adjustments that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid search efforts with broader strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and goals.
• Efficient use of budget allocation and resources to maximize lead generation efforts.
• Track, measure, and analyze the performance of our in-market efforts, providing regular reports on performance metrics to the team and leadership.
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance and return on investment (ROI).
• Continuously research and implement new opportunities for capturing in-market prospects.

Who you'll be working with?

You'll be part of our dynamic Marketing team, collaborating closely with other content creators, designers, and digital strategists to bring our campaigns to life.
You'll also work alongside the Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to make sure our in-market campaigns reflect our brand's messaging and support overall business goals.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 2+ years of experience in PPC (especially in Google Ads).
• Have a proven track record of designing, executing and managing successful PPC campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue.
• Think creatively and strategically to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Stay on top of PPC trends and innovations.
• Have an analytical, experimental, and data-driven mindset.
• Have native-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Work well in a team while also being self-motivated and capable of managing your own projects.

Nice to have:

• Experience with B2B SaaS.
• Background in ecommerce and product information management.
• Experience with any of the following tools would be beneficial:
  HubSpot, Dreamdata, Google Analytics.
• Be willing to relocate to Malaga, Spain.
