Your role

As RegionalOperational Procurement reporting to EMEA Supply Planning Area you will be responsible for:

Handle Purchase to Pay​

• Ensure daily operation under the procurement policy and process​.
• Ensure effective and efficient delivery of core procurement service to end users​.
• Cooperation with internal business stakeholders to translate business need into purchasing activities​.
• Coordination with Local warehouse to guarantee slot booking to unload the goods.
• Active participation in the SOP process (Regional meetings)
• Active and proactive participation in the Weekly Process Orders budget monitoring

Supplier management ​

• Handle the performance for suppliers by management tool (Quality Management) handle the service complaint​ and transfer the quality complaint to system.
• Encourage the existing supplier on sustainable initiative. ​

Management KPI​

• Proceed Purchase Order placement and timely tracking of the Order Acknowledgement​ and follow of the fulfilment in the delivery dates.
• Vendor Service Level analysis and report the deviation.
• Other KPIs that Group defined​

Purchasing Data management ​

• Ensure timely update of the Data Management related to the Purchase Order execution​.
• (Purchase Info Record, outline agreement, Source List, Master Data)​
• Maintain vendor master data timely. ​
• Maintain and support documentation for Internal/External Audit​

Education/Experience:

• Degree in supply chain/ purchasing specialization.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the areas of call Off, operational Procurement.
• Planning and Supply chain Knowledge

Skills/knowledge:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate.
• IT expertise in SAP, MS Microsoft, Internet
• Fluency in English, verbally and writing. Other language(s) might be required.
• Strong analytical skills. Understanding the flows of information and interconnections of the systems and the possible issues and data drops. Interpreting complex data into a simple and understandable conclusions and actions.
