Your Challenge:
Are you passionate about beauty and customer service? We are seeking a motivated Customer Care Coordinator to join our growing beauty e-commerce team.
This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about beauty products and eager to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities:
• Customer Inquiries:
Respond to customer questions and concerns via email, phone, and live chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Product Assistance:
Provide customers with detailed information on beauty products, including features, benefits, and usage advice.
• Order Management:
Help with order tracking, processing returns and exchanges, and ensuring timely delivery.
• E-commerce Support:
Guide customers through the online shopping process, assisting with navigation, checkout, and troubleshooting any technical issues.
• Customer Feedback:
Gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with the team.
• Post-Purchase Support:
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve any post-sale concerns, and build long-term relationships.
• CRM Maintenance:
Update customer records and track interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate and organized data.
What we expect from you:
• At least 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in e-commerce or beauty.
• Interest and knowledge in beauty products.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
