PermanentGandía, Valencia,SpainPublicado en 21/10/2024Desde Melt Group, estamos seleccionando un/a Product Marketing Manager, para importante empresa multinacional del sector industrial con sede en la zona de la Safor (Valencia).Reportando al Director de Marketing, esta persona se encargará de liderar la introducción de nuevos productos al mercado o la mejora de productos existentes. Tendrá como misión crear, desarrollar y mantener la propuesta de valor y el posicionamiento del producto dentro de la industria, asegurando que està alineado con las necesidades del mercado.
Entre sus principales responsabilidades estarán:
Planificación del lanzamiento de los productos de nueva creación (NPI), analizando el mercado, los productos y la competencia.Â
Posicionamiento estratÃgico de la marca y de los productos tanto existentes como de nueva creación.
Para ello, creará mensajes estratÃgicos basados en las propuestas únicas de venta (UPS).Â
Colaboración con el departamento de I+D para traducir los beneficios tÃcnicos en ventajas comerciales.
Desarrollo de listas de precios de la empresa alineadas con los objetivos de rentabilidad de la empresa y análisis de precios para mejorar el margen bruto.
Coordinación con equipos de ventas para mejorar la estrategia comercial y la captación de clientes.
Comunicaciones internas sobre productos, y colaboración con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar campaÃas.Requisitos mÃnimos para la posición:
Formación:
Grado en Marketing, ADE o similar.Â
Experiencia previa de 3 aÃos en posiciones similares a Product Marketing Manager o Brand Manager.Â
Experiencia previa en empresas del canal Horeca.
Nivel de inglÃs alto.
Se realizará prueba oral.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación con el fin de establecer relaciones interfuncionales.Â
Experiencia en análisis de mercado y una mentalidad analÃtica con habilidades cuantitativas.
Familiarizado con herramientas como Power BI o Google Analytics. Se ofrece:
