Description:

We are looking for a person who is eager to grow professionally, creative, passionate about technology and vacation rentals. A person who likes a challenge and is looking for an opportunity to take their sales experience to the next level. This person will be responsible for leading Avantio's growth in Portugal and building a strong customer base. You must become a trusted guide, a consultant, helping the customer through an often complex evaluation and purchasing process to buy a product that will have a big impact. It's about learning, creating links and adding real value.

Daily duties:

• Respond to inbound sales enquiries.
• Establish the external sales process and leverage it to identify high value customers and partners.
• Forecast and report to management on the sales pipeline.
• Research and keep abreast of industry trends and technologies.
• Organise and represent Avantio at forums and events.
• Build strong relationships with property rental managers.

What are we looking for?

• Bilingual in Portuguese and English.
• High level of Spanish.
• Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets.
• Strong written expression and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical issues.
• Ability to travel to a variety of industry conferences and forums.
