Funciones a realizar:
Gestión, dirección y control de todas las áreas competentes.
Formación al personal en las diferentes partidas, siguiendo los estándares de la cadena.
Planificar el trabajo y los turnos del personal a su cargo, cuidando de la higiene, seguridad y uniformidad de este.
Supervisión y montaje de Buffets de forma creativa e innovadora, además de los productos de carta.
Revisar y controlar el buen uso de la materia prima y el material de cocina.
Realización de inventarios.
Seguimiento a las buenas prácticas de manipulación y de los controles de APPCC.
Velar por la limpieza, buen orden y condiciones higiénicas y de seguridad de las dependencias e instalaciones encomendadas, así como del menaje y utensilios.
Control y seguimiento de alérgenos y trazabilidad.
Asistencia a los clientes.
Poner en marcha planes de acción que tengan como objetivo mejoras de calidad, satisfacción del cliente, productividad o de costes, realizando un seguimiento de los mismos y reportando a su superior.
Potenciar y formar al 2º de Cocina en habilidades y liderazgo para su posible promoción.
Requisitos :
Titulación mínima:
grado medio o superior de cocina.
Competencias técnicas:
Formación específica de gastronomía, relacionada con técnicas de cocina, etc Que posea suficientes conocimientos y experiencia culinaria para trabajar en todas las partidas de cocina.
Experiencia en servicios de buffet.
Capacidad para conceptualizar el buffet según tipología.
Habilidades en presentaciones, exposición y decoraciones de los diferentes espacios culinarios.
Idiomas:
Castellano.
Competencias de diferenciación:
Acostumbrado/a trabajar bajo presión.
Persona con mucha actitud, muy responsable, organizada, rápida, proactiva, positiva y resolutiva.
Capacidad de liderazgo, motivación y gestión de equipos.
Que le guste el trabajo en equipo y tenga dotes formativos.
Flexibilidad horaria.
Amabilidad.
Buen trato con el cliente.
