Desde Etalentum nos encontramos actualmente en proceso de selección de un/a DIRECTOR/A COMERCIAL que se unirá a una importante empresa industrial especializada en la fabricación y distribución de productos líderes para el sector de la construcción y el bricolaje.En dependencia de dirección general, liderará y desarrollará estrategias de venta para aumentar la presencia de la compañía a nivel nacional, optimizando la gestión del equipo de ventas y mejorando la posición competitiva de la empresa.
Se responsabilizará de:
- Crear y ejecutar estrategias de ventas efectivas para aumentar la cuota de mercado y cumplir con los objetivos de ventas.
• Supervisar y liderar su equipo de ventas, brindando dirección, motivación y capacitación para garantizar un rendimiento óptimo.
• Analizar tendencias del mercado y ayudar a la captación de nuevos clientes, identificando oportunidades y amenazas, y ajustar estrategias en consecuencia.
• Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes clave, distribuidores y otros socios comerciales.
• Gestionar sus presupuestos de ventas, establecer metas financieras y garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.
• Preparar informes y presentar análisis para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
• Colaborar con otros departamentos para adaptar productos según las necesidades del mercado y mejorar la oferta de la empresa.
